I also conduct research in related fields, namely <strong>Requirements Engineering<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>Health Informatics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">My research program\u00a0centers on the <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: inherit\">design of digitally-enabled services<\/strong>, viewing services<span style=\"font-size: inherit\"> that leverage advances in information and communication technologies (ICTs)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit\"> as collaborative, socio-technical arrangements organized to create value.
