The Career Navigator is an online job search management tool exclusive to the Telfer School of Management.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It allows students and alumni to search and apply for jobs related to their field of study, find out about Career Centre workshops and events such the annual MBA Career Network event, and search the resource centre database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It assists employers with their recruitment process, allowing them to post job opportunities, set up interviews, and\/or search through the student r\u00e9sum\u00e9 database to do their own screening exercises. The system also allows employers to view Career Centre events and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For students and Alumni: To access the Career Navigator please access your\u00a0uoZone account and click on \u201cServices\u201d and select \u201cCareer Navigator\u201d.
