The Montfort Research Chair in Organization of Health Services’ mandate is to answer the following overarching research question: How can we improve collaboration to optimize health services? In answering this question through several research projects, the Chair aims to contribute to the improvement of knowledge in the organization of health services and to generate practical benefits for work teams, managers, health professionals, Support staff, volunteers, and of course patients and their families. Each research project adresses at least one of the following research axes and themes:

1. Implementation of changes related to service optimization;

2. Collaborative research approach;

3. Improved health services for Francophone minority communities.
