François Durand is Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management. His research program focuses on collaboration in improving health services. In particular, his work focuses on the individual and organizational factors that influence collaboration in work teams and change implementation projects. He is one of the few specialists in work and organizational psychology to be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute, as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) by l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (Quebec) and as a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) by the Human Resources Professionals Association (Ontario).
