We want to understand how employees manage or cope with having a mental health challenge, such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, while at work. The goal is to identify specific ways in which employers can best serve the needs of such employees. There is a serious need for such knowledge given the increased prevalence of mental health problems in Canadian society.

If you would be willing to confidentially share your lived experience of coping with a mental health challenge while at work with a member of the research team, then please contact Ms. Yanhong Li at for more information. Each participant will receive a $25 Amazon e-gift card as a token of appreciation. Participants will be selected on a first come first served basis.
